When did your family move to this place and why?

My family has been living in BC for years.

How has this history affected your life and perspective?

Growing up, I was aware that I lived on the unceded territory of many Indigenous Nations. This taught me to reflect on how my family came to be on this land, and treat it with respect.

Female.

What is your generational status: 1st generation in Canada, 2nd generation, and so on?

I am a third generation Canadian.
